Among the tasks of the Victims of Communism organization is to collect the necessary documentation to denounce human rights violations in regimes like China.

Their teams of lawyers and analysts process large amounts of data and government documents, leaked or public, with the purpose of finding evidence that can be used in international human rights courts.

We participated in the project by developing an MVP of a new information access interface. A search back-end based on the open-source Manticore Search package was configured. To build the interface, and at the client's request, the no-code tool Retool was chosen, allowing the organization's analysts to modify the interface without programming.

The project evolved to include an integrated complex search builder developed in React, AI-assisted translation, bookmarks, tags, notes, and content curation, and many other features.

Bookmeetings is a platform for renting meeting rooms and workspaces in hotels and business centers.

It had a basic MVP that validated the idea and had tried to scale it with a freelance development team. This effort had not yielded the expected results, and the client was seeking a technical audit to assess the real state of the project.

The audit concluded that the project needed a substantial rewrite as the existing one had been built without considering the real needs of the business.

Having accepted the rewrite proposal, a custom development with Next.js and a PostgreSQL database managed by the PaaS Supabase was chosen.

The project includes a complete marketplace with chain, hotel, and room profiles, request and reservation system, reservation payment with Stripe payment gateway, subscription and credit system for providers, as well as an administration interface on the no-code tool JetAdmin.

CAE management platforms offer document management services necessary for workplaces and main contractors in all types of sectors. Professionals use these services to deliver the documentation their clients need in terms of safety and compliance.

Konvergia was born out of the problem for these professionals of managing this documentation on each of the document management platforms their clients use. Konvergia presents itself as a solution through the automatic transfer of documentation between the seven platforms involved in the project.

The development of this platform required the coordination of seven technical departments from the different platforms and includes a set of additional value-added services for the end client, such as the creation of documentation status reports or the direct upload of documents to multiple platforms.

The project has required full integration with the Redsys payment gateway for the collection of additional services, integration with the ERP Quaderno, and many other continuous developments since the start of the project in January 2020 to the present day, with ongoing maintenance and evolution services.

As part of our long-term collaboration with the YDEVS team, the development of an MVP for a new motorcycle dealership management product was proposed. This MVP was to include a CRM and a motorcycle catalog manager.

This CRM would integrate with YDEVS' web and online presence offering, allowing dealerships to maintain their online motorcycle catalogs as well as manage customers, motorcycle tests, workshop appointments, contacts, and sales.

It includes a multi-layered data refinement and customization system as well as complete management of promotions, financing, and pricing.

The client sought to validate the business idea, and for this, a quick and economical development with Next.js and React was chosen. The project included an authentication and authorization system, a roles and permissions system with full support for multi-tenancy, and integration with the WhatsApp Business API.

Motos.tech continues to evolve and is currently in the testing phase with several motorcycle dealerships in Spain.
